Shipping Information

Maxi-Vac Inc. strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using:

  • UPS Ground
  • Common Carrier
  • Other carrier requested by the customer (when available)

Unless otherwise specified, all shipments will be sent using our standard shipping methods.

Freight Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order and destination and will be added to your invoice unless otherwise specified.

Free Freight Promotion

Orders consisting of six (6) or more machines shipped to a single location qualify for free freight during eligible promotional periods.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours.

Business Hours:

Monday through Friday

Orders received after business hours, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for verifying all order details before submitting an order.

Please notify us immediately if any changes are required.

Returns

Returns require prior approval and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

Returns received without an approved RGA may be refused.

Return Requirements

Returned merchandise must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in new condition
  • Include original packaging whenever possible

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Maxi-Vac Inc.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

Please retain all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
