Orders

Orders may be placed through our website, by phone, email, or other approved ordering methods.

  • Minimum order value is $25.00.
  • Orders below $25.00 are subject to a $10.00 service charge.
  • All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Maxi-Vac Inc.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment Terms

Open account privileges are granted only after approval of a submitted credit application.

Shipping

Orders are generally shipped using UPS Ground or common carrier unless another shipping method is requested.

Shipping charges will be added to your invoice unless otherwise stated.

Free freight may be available on qualifying orders based on current promotional offers.

Returns

All returns require a valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before merchandise is returned.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused.
  • Products must be in original condition.
  • Products must be returned with original packaging whenever possible.

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
